INTRODUCTION

Vacuum emulsifying machine consists of vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine, heating system, mixing system, vacuum system, electric lifting system, operation control cabinet, piping system(oil tank and water tank optional). It is the most suitable equipment to produce high-grade skin care creams and other cream products.

Body Material:

Inner wall: stainless steel 316

Jacket and outer layer: stainless steel 304

Both inner and outer are polished and handled by special light treatment.

Material: Inner wall is made by 304 stainless steel, jacket and outer layer are made by 304 stainless steel, inner and outer are polished, the surface handled by special light treatment.

Heating system: interlayer electric heating power 8KW, the outer layer covers by asbestos to insulate heat, reducing heat lost and avoiding scalding employees.

Mixing system: both toil tank and water tank assemble disperser of 0.75KW, to make the water and oil heated more quickly and evenly.

Installation/ Training:

The installation can be provided by the MIC Company. It must be after shipment and machine has arrived and factory must be ready equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with MIC Company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The purchase at US$70/person/day plus all local transportation, accommodation, air tickets (round trip). Day charges include travel day.
